"I have been on a simple meal kick lately. Work has been crazy and time has been short. Just because the meal is quick, doesn't mean it's not delicious.

I seasoned some chicken breast with @CompassPointBlend Mexican Adobe Seasoning. This stuff is incredible. I like the fact that it is packed with flavor, not salt. I grilled the chicken to 160 degrees on my @Recteq_Official bullseye and let it rest.

I made a quick raw salsa with some Roma tomatoes from my garden. This added the perfect acidity to take the tacos over the top."
