This blend has dark rooted secrets. Some like it hot, while others it it sweet but we like the best of both worlds. We may not be local but we know a little bit about jerking. 

Ingredients: spices, garlic, onion, sea salt and peppers including arbor, scotch bonnet and belle peppers and cane sugar.
